PULPIT SUPPLY APPLICATION

Eligibility & Alignment

Thank you for your interest in serving churches through the Mountain State Directory pulpit supply. This application is intended for men who are in good standing with a local church and who meaningfully align with the Directory’s doctrinal and practical standards. The pulpit supply exists to serve local churches through clarity, accountability, and shared convictions.

Pulpit Supply Guidelines

The Directory functions solely as a listing and connection resource and does not act as a mediator, intermediary, or negotiator between pulpit supply ministers and local churches. All communication and arrangements are made directly between the parties involved, and ministers are expected to conduct themselves with humility, clarity, and Christian charity, treating elders, deacons, and congregations with respect and care.

Application & Placement Expectations

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or placement. All applications are reviewed carefully, and inclusion is granted at the discretion of the Directory in light of its stated standards and purpose. The Directory reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove listings as necessary to maintain doctrinal clarity and trust.
