Connecting Reformed, Calvinistic, & Sovereign Grace Christians with local churches in West Virginia

PULPIT SUPPLY

Faithful, biblical preaching is one of God’s ordinary means of building up His church and advancing His kingdom. When churches face times of pastoral transition, illness, travel, or special gatherings, the need often arises for trusted men to stand in the pulpit and faithfully proclaim the Word of God.

The Mountain State Directory of Sovereign Grace Congregations exists not only to help connect with faithful local churches, but also to serve those churches by assisting them with biblically sound, gospel-centered, Christ-exalting preachers when such needs arise. This ministry is offered with humility and care, recognizing both the sacredness of the pulpit and the responsibility entrusted to those who occupy it.

The Directory pulpit supply consists of a growing group of qualified gospel ministers who affirm the Doctrines of Grace, confess the Five Solas of the Reformation, uphold historic Nicene Christology, embrace an evangelistic calling, and are in good standing with their local churches. These men are committed to bold yet reverent exposition of the Scriptures, seeking not to draw attention to themselves, but to exalt Christ and feed His flock.

Whether a congregation is seeking a one-time guest preacher or regular support during a season of transition, it is our prayer that this resource would serve the church and strengthen her witness.

“Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season…” (2 Timothy 4:2)
